Data Visualizer

Data Visualizer

The Data Visualizer function is a unique, efficient and fun way to look at your information.

Visualizer lets you explore the relationships between your contacts - connect all those "degrees of separation", as well as display and drill into various other data. You can visualize your daily To dos, inter-office messages, new emails and due projects from the Home page or visualize a project's linked sub-projects (and the linked sub-projects of those sub-projects), to any depth.

You can view and trace actions and activities linked to help desk issues and view the scheduled tactics for any opportunity and display the actions taken so far.

Launched from several modules, visualizer displays data in a very right-brain way.

You can quickly see the whole picture, whether it's simple like your to do list, or complex, like the several degrees of separation of your web of connections.

Enabled in:

  • Home page (daily to do, messages, projects due, emails in)

  • Contacts Manager (connections and relationships)

  • Appointments

  • Help desk (actions)

  • Projects (actions, tactics and sub-projects)

Visualizer is a node-based data presentation module with prime, inner and outer node layers (prime to single layer for actions). Click any node to make it prime, enabling "walking through" all degrees of separation or linked relationships (applies to contacts, connections and projects/sub projects)

Click directly on a node or its adjacent description to make it the prime node. Mouse over descriptions and nodes for information.

View the indirect links (cross-linked) with tie-backs across, up and down node layers

Mouse over and click on an item in the right-side list display. The list display provides 2-way select on mouse-over (node or list). Click [Get the highlighted item] to make it the prime node.

Mouse over any node or adjacent description to select it, or click an item in the list display, then click [Get the highlighted item] to open it in its owner form (click a contact node to view the contact record in the Contacts module, click an action node to view the action record in the Actions module, etc.)

Supports inner layer next group paging. If the [Next group] button displays, click it to display the next set of inner layer nodes.

Click the [Back] and [Forward] buttons to navigate screen views.
